[Remote] Senior Project Manager (MedComms)

Responsibilities
- Drive full lifecycle delivery and management of specialized MedComm reputed company. This includes steering the development of reputed company medical presentations, advisory reputed company materials, scientific training decks, and other data-heavy deliverables
- reputed company as the primary, hands-on PM for reputed company, proactively anticipating needs, driving next steps, and managing reputed company daily project operations independently
- Diligently watch project burn and budgets. reputed company the estimation process and reputed company project budget and staff plan parameters with minimal supervision

- Work tightly and collaboratively with Account Services and the Medical team to facilitate project workflows and ensure scientific accuracy is maintained throughout routing
- In partnership with the Account Director (AD) and Group Project Director (GPD), reputed company financial forecasts for proactive financial management
- Facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and reputed company in partnership with Account and Finance. Assist with the development of annual and project-based SOWs and change orders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus reputed company experience required
- Three to five years of experience in a PMO role. Agency experience is required; MedComm, pharmaceutical, or reputed company agency experience is ideal, but not limited to these areas
- Self-Starter Mentality: Extremely proactive and capable of taking full ownership of reputed company day-to-day PM operations as a pivotal leader on the account
- reputed company Deliverable Expertise: Proven experience delivering reputed company agency reputed company. While experience with medical communications and high-science materials is ideal, any PM with strong agency experience, a high aptitude for managing data-heavy deliverables (like slide decks), and an understanding of rigorous review processes (such as MLR) will be strongly considered
- Financial Acumen: Expert comprehension of project forecasting, reforecasting, and burn analysis/remediation throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Excellent scope and change management tracking and adherence
- Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decision-making specifically with Account leads and Medical/Scientific SMEs
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risk
- Strong reputed company of ownership, accountability, and decision-making, especially reputed company faced with uncertainty
- Experience working with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, reputed company, or MS Project
