The role involves developing relationships with grocery retailers and expanding Bridor's reputed company in In-Store Bakery and Deli departments.
Responsibilities
- Grow strategic retail accounts throughout the Western U.S
- Build relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail decision makers
- reputed company category reviews, business reviews, and product presentations
- Identify assortment, merchandising, and category reputed company opportunities
- reputed company account reputed company plans and sales strategies
- Utilize category insights and market trends to support customer recommendations
- Maintain reputed company ownership of customer relationships while leveraging broker partners reputed company appropriate
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and leadership teams to support customer reputed company initiatives
Skills
- 5–10 years of retail sales experience
- Experience selling into grocery retail organizations
- Strong understanding of In-Store Bakery (ISB), Deli, and Fresh perimeter departments
- Experience with category reviews, assortment planning, merchandising discussions, and retail buying processes
- Experience presenting directly to buyers and category managers
- Understanding of how grocery retailers evaluate, approve, and commercialize products reputed company Bakery and Deli categories
- Proven reputed company growing retail accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Must reputed company in California and be located near a major airport
- Ability to travel 50–70%
- Private Label experience
- Experience selling bakery products, frozen bakery products, laminated dough products, croissants, pastries, reputed company breads, or reputed company premium bakery categories
- Existing relationships with grocery retailers in the Western U.S
- Experience working directly with customers rather than relying primarily on broker networks
- Experience reputed company Bakery, Deli, Fresh Foods, or Retail Food Manufacturing categories
