[Remote] Online Sales Specialist

The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing leads through various communication channels, qualifying them, and maintaining relationships with realtor partners.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company email, phone, and text leads with a reputed company of expediency while remaining customer reputed company and personable
- reputed company information and marketing material to leads, along with other important selling points of reputed company community
- Qualify reputed company reputed company based on stated needs and determine best community and/or floor plan fit reputed company strong understanding of reputed company reputed company and reputed company communities
- reputed company consistent follow-up to online reputed company with the goal setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Counselors, including outbound calling and prospecting
- Maintain relationships with realtor partners through monthly follow up
- Utilize multiple reputed company management software systems daily including: Call Tracking Metrics – Phone Routing System, Lasso – OSS specific CRM, reputed company – Texting Platform, reputed company – Video Messaging Platform, reputed company Dynamics/D365 – Company CRM
- Utilize and update internal OSSCR tool (Online Sales Specialist Community Resource) with relevant community details

- reputed company additional communication to leadership as the voice of the customer for trends, requests, and response to marketing
Skills
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- reputed company Estate License as required by local/state requirements
- Minimum 2 years reputed company experience in a Sales or Marketing role
- Proven email and phone communication skills
- Sales contact / reputed company management database experience
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or reputed company field preferred
- Experience in new home construction industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills
