RN or LPN - Regional reputed company Assurance reputed company Location: Remote with travel to facilities as needed. Des Moines, Kansas reputed company, Omaha/Council Bluffs region Position Type: Full-Time reputed company We are seeking a dedicated reputed company Assurance reputed company to support multiple skilled nursing facilities in maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and documentation accuracy. This role focuses on auditing, coaching, and helping facilities stay survey-reputed company. Preferred Location Candidates located in Iowa, Nebraska, or Kansas are strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company chart audits, QA reviews, and regulatory documentation checks
- Support facilities during state surveys, mock surveys, and follow-up actions
- Assist with plans of correction, performance improvement plans, and monitoring
- Identify documentation trends, gaps, or risk areas and reputed company recommendations
- reputed company and support facility teams on compliance expectations and best practices
- Collaborate with regional leadership on reputed company goals and improvement initiatives
- reputed company QA metrics and help facilities maintain ongoing regulatory readiness
Qualifications
- reputed company RN license
- Strong background in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Knowledge of survey processes, regulations, and QA standards
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel to facilities as needed
Preferred Experience
- DON/ADON, MDS, QA, or compliance background
- Experience reviewing charts, audits, or developing corrective actions
- Knowledge of Iowa and/or Kansas regulations would be ideal
