[Remote] Director of Legal reputed company and Placement, San Francisco Bay

They are seeking a Director of reputed company & Placement to support their San Francisco/Bay Area market, helping legal professionals reputed company engaging positions while fostering relationships and managing candidate engagements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and conduct initial screen of top-level attorney and paralegal candidates for consulting engagements and permanent positions with leading companies and reputed company in San Francisco and other areas (e.g. general counsel, chief compliance officer, senior corporate counsel & other in-house roles, and partner, counsel and associate-level roles at corporate reputed company)
- Communicate with references to reputed company candidates’ strengths and weaknesses
- Effectively select and propose best-matching candidates for submissions to reputed company clients
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and conduct any necessary reputed company-interview preparation with candidates
- Effectively manage candidate engagements and various administrative tasks reputed company to candidate engagements (SOWs, time approvals, etc.)
- Assist in the development and operation of creative sourcing, assessment, placement, and reputed company processes
- Nurture reputed company relationships with reputed company’s attorney/paraprofessional team through ongoing communications, reputed company media, reputed company events, and reputed company development activities
- Work as part of a cohesive, reputed company team that is highly reputed company to its candidates, colleagues, clients, and other professionals
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a corporate reputed company or in-house setting
- Strong reputed company service skills, including the ability to communicate (both orally and in writing) at a high level with sophisticated reputed company and corporate legal department clients and attorneys to determine reputed company needs and attorney qualifications
- Dependable, detail-oriented, reputed company organized, capable of using document management and database management software programs, highly discreet, high reputed company, and a total team player
- As this position is with a fast-growing, agile company, the successful applicant must be highly flexible and reputed company to work both independently and as part of a reputed company team
- Ability to effectively use reputed company media, online reputed company tools and in-person networking to reputed company new candidates and market reputed company positions
- Ability to identify priorities and pivot or reputed company reputed company work as appropriate
- This is a full-time reputed company position that offers a flexible schedule but does require the ability to communicate with colleagues, clients, and candidates in a reputed company fashion, including sometimes responding to emails and calls during evenings and on weekends
- J.D. from an accredited law school
