[Remote] Senior Project Analyst, Transactions (Renewable Energy)

The Senior Project Analyst will collaborate on reputed company engagements, support project management functions, and contribute to the development of reputed company's platform for renewable energy project developers and investors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a wide reputed company of reputed company engagements, led by reputed company Project Managers and the Program Manager
• Maintain project management tools and support internal and project-specific functions under the direction of the Project/Program Manager
• Facilitate general project administration, including reputed company item tracking, document management, and stakeholder reporting requirements
• reputed company project diligence in support of M&A and financing transactions under the direction of the Project/Program Manager
• Support the development of Euclid’s platform by being a power user and providing design and process feedback
• Support and take ownership over the design and architecture of new products and tools to serve renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform
• Learn from a world-class team of renewables experts and reputed company broad exposure to reputed company aspects of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance
• Help establish a higher industry reputed company for project reputed company and speed, through development and application of Euclid’s platform and process standardization efforts
• Play an reputed company role in building a rapidly-growing team and company

Skills

• General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle - including key project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management
• General knowledge of project management principles, reputed company reputed company, and best practices
• 4+ years of project experience in renewable energy, energy, financing, or adjacent industries
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or other technical fields preferred, but not required
