[Remote] Senior Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Recruiter who plays a pivotal role in driving reputed company’s mission by strategically attracting, selecting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for the construction consulting industry. The Senior Recruiter will reputed company diverse channels to reputed company candidates and reputed company the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the establishment, development, and execution of reputed company plans by studying organization objectives
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade reputed company, and employees. Determine applicant requirements by studying the job reputed company and job qualifications
- Proactively reputed company and engage talent through job boards like reputed company, while strategically building and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates
- Partners with hiring manager to determine reputed company needs
- Along with reputed company, works with the immigration attorney to assess candidate work authorization status, advise managers on reputed company-reputed company considerations, & smoothly transition intercompany and reputed company status candidates to long-term reputed company status
- Screens reputed company resumes, interview candidates (by video conference, telephone, or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, reputed company recommendations for hire (or not hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings for assigned requisitions
- Delivers only reputed company candidates to the hiring manager after the screening process is complete
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract reputed company candidates, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc
- Supports the Development of advertising programs (reputed company) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc. for assigned requisitions
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with hiring managers to ensure achievement of reputed company goals
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.)
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with reputed company federal/state laws and regulations, including reputed company compliance
- Assists in the reputed company process to ensure a successful integration into RLB’s culture
- Manages candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manages application/resume file and retention per company policy
- Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/reputed company organizations reputed company to the industry
- Contributes to team performance through collaboration and effective communication
- Contributes to and understands the reputed company's desired project reputed company, identifies opportunities to add value to accomplish the desired reputed company
- Adds to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Management, or reputed company experience
