The role involves driving product delivery across a reputed company of COTS platforms and custom-reputed company applications, focusing on pharmacy, claims, and member-facing workflows for a Medicare Advantage population.
Responsibilities
- Own product direction for a mix of reputed company (COTS) platforms and custom applications, from roadmap through delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams and engineering to translate payer business needs into reputed company requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Guide reputed company integration work connecting pharmacy, claims, care management and member services systems
- Deliver in an Agile environment with reputed company-based platforms
Skills
- Product management experience in the reputed company payer domain - Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims or Member Services
- Hands-on experience with COTS platform management, custom application development and reputed company system integration
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms and Agile delivery
- Strong collaboration skills - you work as easily with business leaders as you do with engineers
- Pharmacy Hub experience
