[Remote] Solutions Analyst

The Solutions Analyst position is a high reputed company role that involves using technical skills to analyze reputed company data and support strategic engagements with Life Sciences partners.
Responsibilities
- Use technical skills to scope out customer analyses requests, produce studies and results using SQL, R and Python reputed company an agreed upon deadline
- Collaborate with life sciences customers on analyses, helping them produce peer-reviewed publications
- Communicate on the status of various reputed company and collaborate with reputed company managers to ensure that reputed company clients can be successful with the platform
- Required to reputed company in providing technical analytics support as reputed company as directly working with customers on calls to troubleshooting customer analysis
- Work with customers to reputed company their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on RWD to address their reputed company questions
- Write regex queries using reputed company SQL to extract clinical concepts from clinical notes per customer request
- Create enablement materials as the reputed company platform evolves to help reputed company new researchers to our increasing capabilities
- Collaborate closely with other reputed company teams to conduct investigations of data sources to demonstrate reputed company to reputed company customers
- Deliver feedback to internal teams based on customer requests to inform reputed company’s product roadmap
Skills
- Undergraduate or graduate level educational in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics or reputed company field
- Experience is working with large database consisting of millions of patients' data
- 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other reputed company World Data sources in life science companies, CROs, other EHR data companies or reputed company using SQL, R and Python
- Willingness to learn new coding languages including internal proprietary coding language to analyze data and build cohorts
- 2+ years experience working with life science customers to deliver high reputed company research analyses
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
