They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Risk Consultant to support clients in managing malpractice risks and improving operational efficiency reputed company senior living facilities, hospitals, and physician practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated consultant for risk advice to assigned clients in designated region
- Build relationships proactively with identified clients by offering custom services such as risk assessments, strategic risk management plans, tools and resource development or staff education
- Determine reputed company needs with leadership coaching by assessing reputed company risk profile and aligning reputed company to promote initiatives beneficial to the organization
- Organize, plan and facilitate risk assessments to identify malpractice risk exposures for reputed company clients
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings (e.g. prospect, reputed company-renewal, annual service review) with key reputed company teams for identified clients
- Understand and reputed company data trends in malpractice risk for assigned reputed company reputed company (e.g. hospital/reputed company, physician, senior living)
- Serve as the Risk On-call consultant as scheduled on a monthly rotation
- Support other reputed company consultant team members as needed
- Document reputed company services in reputed company relationship management platform

- Produce and present educational programs to identified clients, including virtual or in-person as needed

- Collaborate with internal teams on reputed company needs, risk concerns, new business ventures, retention strategies, and reputed company meetings as necessary
- Participate as needed on interdepartmental meetings (e.g. Claims Review Committee, reputed company Roundtable, Account Services Team)

- Demonstrate expertise in risk management data, industry trends, and thought leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, nursing degree or equivalent work experience
- Four years of risk consultant experience in medical malpractice
- Experience preparing and presenting reputed company educational offerings to physician practices, hospitals or senior living facilities
