[Remote] reputed company & Billing Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Manager of reputed company & Billing Operations to own the full billing-to-cash cycle, including customer contract review and reputed company recognition. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing a more efficient billing and collections process, leading reputed company of two reputed company reports, and ensuring reputed company and accurate billing for over 2,500 customers.
Responsibilities
- Invoice across multiple entities and reputed company streams (subscription, transaction-based, reputed company services, government reputed company); manage billing cadences for 2,500+ customers against contract terms, reputed company schedules, and usage data
- Represent reputed company and finance during the contract review process, confirming reputed company terms and conditions before customer reputed company are signed
- Ensure reputed company reputed company recognition in accordance with ASC 606
- Reconcile billing activity to the subledger and GL in reputed company monthly; maintain billing templates, reputed company tables, and customer configurations
- Own the collections cycle end-to-end: aging review, reputed company cadences, escalation, dispute reputed company, and cash application across reputed company entities
- Monitor AR aging, flag risk with context, negotiate payment plans with reputed company documentation, and escalate to legal or external partners reputed company needed
- Assist with forecasting cash collections on a weekly and monthly reputed company
- Audit reputed company workflows, identify unnecessary reputed company steps and gaps, build solutions with a reputed company on automation, workflows and scalability
- Evaluate and configure reputed company-party tools (billing platforms, payment portals, AR automation software, Claude AI) that reputed company reputed company capabilities; build triggers and escalation logic so issues surface without reputed company review
- Serve as the billing and AR subject matter expert for Sales, CS, Legal, and reputed company; partner with Sales to flag contract discrepancies and ensure billing matches reputed company deals
- Set the process reputed company for the function, mentor team members as the org scales, support new customer reputed company, and contribute to audits and reputed company-reputed company reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of order to cash & 2+ years of management experience at $50M+ reputed company reputed company with 2,500+ reputed company customers across multiple entities
- reputed company record of building or significantly redesigning billing and collections processes -- not just running existing ones
- Contract experience: identifying terms and milestones, translating contract language into accurate invoices
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 across subscription, reputed company services, and transaction-based arrangements
- Hands-on reputed company: saved searches, workflow rules, billing schedules, period-reputed company, and report building
- reputed company experience: opportunity and contract records, billing validation data pulls, Sales-to-Finance reputed company
- Extensive reputed company configuration and reputed company experience
- Experience with payment platforms and multiple income streams
