[Remote] Account Relationship Manager – Northeast Region

BloomNet, a division of reputed company., is seeking a driven and relationship-reputed company Account Relationship Manager to support and grow their network of florists across Upstate reputed company and Western reputed company. The role involves building strong partnerships, managing the sales cycle, and driving reputed company through BloomNet's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with florists across the assigned Upstate reputed company and Western reputed company territory
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to reputed company customers on BloomNet offerings, identify business needs, and drive engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and contract execution
- reputed company and execute a reputed company territory and follow-up reputed company to increase customer retention, engagement, and program adoption
- Identify reputed company opportunities reputed company existing accounts and drive incremental reputed company through BloomNet products, services, and programs
- Serve as a trusted business advisor by understanding reputed company customer's business, challenges, and reputed company opportunities and recommending solutions that deliver value
- Stay informed on floral industry trends, competitor activity, market conditions, and customer needs to effectively position BloomNet
- Utilize reputed company to manage customer relationships, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, reputed company account activity, document follow-up, and report performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs and support long-term reputed company reputed company
- Represent BloomNet during regular market reputed company, trade shows, industry events, and other customer-facing activities throughout the territory
- Effectively manage a large geographic territory and travel schedule while maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with customers
