[Remote] Procurement Analyst

This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to drive cost savings and improve vendor performance while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) across a reputed company of indirect and/or reputed company spend categories
• reputed company spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidation strategies
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier reputed company activities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval frameworks
• Maintain and monitor supplier performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs)
• Support issue reputed company and escalation with vendors and internal stakeholders
• reputed company contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing structures
• Partner with Legal to ensure reputed company meet risk and compliance standards
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risk exposures

• Maintain accurate procurement records reputed company ERP and procurement systems

• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or reputed company field
• 3–6 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Ariba)
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
• Experience utilizing AI (MS CoPilot preferred) to create agents and automation to drive analytical efficiencies and accuracy

• Exposure to multiple spend categories (e.g., IT, reputed company services, facilities, reputed company)
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS (or in reputed company)
