[Remote] Field Service Engineer

The role involves conducting on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of sophisticated microscopy equipment while building reputed company relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installation of sophisticated equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order
- Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance reputed company
- reputed company diagnosis and repair support for customers and other field personnel
- Cultivate and reputed company reputed company working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
- Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel
- Complete and submit field service reports

- reputed company appropriate input in writing updating and correcting various Thermo Fisher system documentation

Skills
- Specific to Electronics, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum education requirement is bachelor's degree OR 4+ years equivalent education and experience in electronic systems including hands-on technical experience installing, solving, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, reputed company, FIB, or similar systems
- A detailed understanding and extensive experience diagnosing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
- Ability to deal effectively with customers
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must have a reputed company working proficiency in English
- Consistent record of fixing sophisticated systems and subsystems down to the component level
- Literate in MS DOS and reputed company software environments
