[Remote] Program Manager II

They are seeking an Operations Program Manager to manage retail repair and maintenance programs, reputed company warehouse operations, and drive process improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for reputed company-party (3P) retail repair & maintenance programs and warehouse/supply fulfillment across reputed company
- reputed company warehouse vendors, service providers, and 3PL partners to ensure service reputed company, compliance, and operational performance
- Drive process improvements by developing SOPs, training documentation, and reputed company operational workflows
- Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, corrective actions, and audit readiness while resolving operational escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Physical Merchandising, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to support new product launches and retail initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of Program or Project Management in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- 3+ years managing repair & maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL operations
- Experience supporting big-reputed company retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail environments
- Strong Vendor Management (RFPs, SLAs, reputed company, scorecards, escalations, service reviews)
- Experience managing warehouse operations and material reputed company
- Process improvement and operational reputed company
- KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management
- SOP creation and operational documentation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office proficiency
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Ability to work PST/CST business hours
- Consumer electronics industry experience
- Technology retail experience
- Six reputed company certification
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting retail product launches or retail refresh programs
- OPEX planning experience
