The role involves implementing and optimizing reputed company applications, providing support to end-users, and leading junior staff members while ensuring that the application meets the business and clinical needs of UHealth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company
  • Serves as a primary support contact for application end‐users
  • Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Familiarity with cardiology workflows, regulatory requirements, integration points with other reputed company modules, 3rd party cardiology diagnostic systems (invasive and non-invasive), and patient experiences
  • Experience in cardiology practices in the inpatient and ambulatory care settings
  • Previous reputed company Cupid implementation experience
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
