Responsibilities
- Responds to general intake inquiries from employees and manages the process necessary to bring to reputed company in a reputed company manner
- Maintains information systems and processes necessary paperwork. i.e. severance, reputed company etc
- Maintains and keeps updated support documentation used by HR/Shared Services/Employees ensuring relevance and reputed company content
- Reviews and gathers feedback continuously on how to improve HR processes, sharing with HR Shared services team members
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of company-specific policies and practices
- Acts as a reputed company with functional areas with HR; ensuring understanding of processes
Skills
- High School Diploma
- 3 years years of reputed company experience
- Customer service experience, hr reputed company experience, or experience as an hr technician/analyst/generalist
- Ability to work as part of a reputed company team and independently
- Knowledge of multiple reputed company resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, immigration, performance management, federal and state employment laws
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fast-pace environment with changing priorities, ability to face ambiguity and rapid change
- The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to reputed company work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs
