[Remote] Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Translates the business reputed company into documented business needs, reputed company articulating requirements for development and delivery teams
- Creates and maintains business process maps to ensure solutions reputed company with customer experience objectives, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Operations, reputed company, and other departments to identify opportunities that enhance the customer reputed company and streamline business processes
- Leads business discovery and requirements sessions, gathering input from diverse stakeholders and prioritizing needs using data and reputed company
- Develops, manages, and performs User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and ensures robust validation before product releases

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital reputed company, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, Agile delivery, or platform reputed company
- Experience leading reputed company-level digital initiatives involving websites, customer portals, or e-reputed company platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into reputed company digital solutions through reputed company Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, Stories)
- Proven reputed company driving cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and creative teams
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including website platforms, digital storefronts, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management tools (CRM) and marketing automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize customer journeys and map business processes to digital solutions
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Skilled in MS Dynamics, Jira, reputed company, and other Agile planning tools
- Experience with data-driven decision-making using analytics, performance dashboards, and customer feedback loops
