[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Distribution

The role involves supporting business customer accounts by handling customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth order experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and reputed company orders from walk in customers
- Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax)
- Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns
- reputed company as a reputed company of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams
- Expedite orders and ensure reputed company fulfillment
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-reputed company customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes
- Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish & English are required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and reputed company autonomous reputed company to resolve customer inquiries and escalate reputed company appropriate
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written)
- Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities

- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred

- Experience with AS400 or similar ERP/order management system preferred
