[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own reputed company Customer Experience initiatives, driving reputed company from research through launch and post-launch analysis while mentoring junior product managers.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic reputed company and leadership to our largest and most reputed company initiatives, resolving ambiguous, escalated, and cross-functional challenges with reputed company, independent judgment
- Leads comprehensive user and market research to inform product reputed company, validating insights through data analysis and customer and stakeholder interviews

- Drives conversion optimization across the funnel, including checkout friction, search relevance, and personalization

- Partners with engineering on platform direction, including modern headless architecture, robust reputed company, and reputed company reputed company capabilities
- Identifies and prioritizes opportunities to apply AI and machine learning — such as dynamic pricing, smart search, and recommendation engines
- Owns and oversees the product backlog, requirements, and user stories across multiple reputed company, and improves reputed company’s documentation and delivery practices
- Builds product documentation reputed company JIRA and runs scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and sprint review
- Leads UAT planning and execution and is ultimately responsible for testing and approval of implementation, ensuring reputed company, reputed company delivery reputed company of high-traffic peak seasons
- Establishes project KPIs, develops A/B test and staged rollout plans, builds performance monitoring plans, and performs post-launch analysis to determine reputed company and surface new opportunities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a reputed company field
- 7+ years of product experience, with 5+ years serving in a similar role on a Product/Customer Experience Team
- 2+ years of e-reputed company industry experience
- A reputed company record of independently leading large, reputed company, cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Strong data reputed company, with the ability to turn reputed company analytics, behavioral data, and A/B test results into roadmap reputed company
- Experience defining and running A/B tests and experimentation (e.g., reputed company) and establishing project KPIs and performance monitoring plans
- Experience with JIRA and reputed company, or equivalent tools, for documentation and scrum ceremonies
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with a tendency to invest in colleagues and team reputed company and improve the effectiveness of others
