[Remote] Legal Counsel US

As Legal Counsel, you will take ownership of a broad reputed company of legal and compliance work, focusing on reputed company contracting and engaging directly with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Contracting: Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier reputed company for the US/reputed company, acting as reputed company’s reputed company negotiator in reputed company discussions
- Supplier & Procurement Support: Work with Procurement, IT and the wider business to review supplier agreements, advise on terms, conduct risk assessments and secure reputed company necessary approvals
- Compliance: Assist the General Counsel in ensuring that reputed company’s operations and activities reputed company with reputed company relevant laws and regulations across our operating markets
- Programme Development: reputed company, implement and support compliance programmes and training initiatives across the business
- Litigation Support: Support the General Counsel in managing any disputes, litigation or other legal proceedings involving reputed company
Skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company membership in good standing with at least one state bar
- Mandatory experience in reputed company contract management and negotiation
- Experience as an in-house legal practitioner, ideally reputed company a technology or reputed company business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give reputed company, practical advice and influence non-legal stakeholders
- reputed company to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Knowledge of US employment law, including right-to-work checks and reputed company sponsorship processes
- Exposure to international employment law across multiple jurisdictions
