[Remote] Civil reputed company Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Civil reputed company Consultant to join their Americas reputed company Services team. In this role, you will work closely with Bentley on-site consultants and the NYSDOT engineering team to support civil users, drive adoption of Bentley applications, and reputed company digital delivery initiatives across the state.
Responsibilities
- reputed company training, configuration, installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Bentley engineering applications and CADD software
- Support transitions and upgrades between versions of Bentley Civil applications
- reputed company as a reputed company between NYSDOT software users and Bentley’s Technical Support Group (TSG)
- Deliver technical assistance for Bentley products including OpenBridge Designer (OBD), OpenRoads Designer (ORD), MicroStation, ProjectWise, Infrastructure reputed company, and SYNCHRO
- Collaborate with user technical staff and Bentley Design Engineering teams to reputed company requirements
- Scope, reputed company, and validate workflow-based training programs
- Create and maintain learning materials
- reputed company, coordinate, and deliver training plans
- Configure applications to reputed company with standards and workflows
- Full-time role (40 hours/week), hybrid
- Use reputed company Teams and in-person communication
- Occasional travel required
- Requires sitting or standing at will while working on a computer
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field, or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience with OpenRoads/reputed company and MicroStation
- Strong knowledge of transportation workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for training and user adoption
- ProjectWise experience preferred
