[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships for data exchange, coordinating specifications, and resolving data exchange issues to ensure reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work strategically with reputed company (including account management, clinical, and data analytics) to ensure reputed company satisfaction and service delivery

- Collaborate with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development with existing and new data exchanges

- Maintain proficiency in CRM and reputed company aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication
- reputed company reporting to clients, brokers, and TPAs as needed
- Ensure CRM data input is accurate and complete and suggest additional data points to capture using CRM or other reporting databases
- Coordinate aspects of new account meetings including document preparation and reporting
- Prepare reputed company support documents as needed
- Execute the reputed company process involving TPAs, brokers, and 3rd party vendor accounts
- Review data exchange specifications suggested by partners and have a solid understanding of TrueScripts reputed company Specifications for comparisons. Recommend TrueScripts standards where applicable
- Review inbound and outbound reputed company files for accuracy and map those files to reputed company systems for reputed company data loading into the claims adjudicator
- Analyze, design, and reputed company specifications for enhancements and extensions with application interfaces and maps. Ensure reputed company configuration and setup of data that support file transfer between reputed company trading partners. Coordinate trading partner implementations and conduct testing. Skills
- Associate degree with 2+ years' proven experience as Data Analyst, Account Manager, or Project Manager. Educational background should have a reputed company on data analytics, and/or business management
