[Remote] Sr. UI/UX Designer I (6442)

The Sr. UI/UX Designer I will support a high-visibility, reputed company AI-enabled financial compliance initiative for the Department of War, designing user-centered interfaces and conducting user research to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for AI-enabled compliance dashboards and analytics tools
- Translate reputed company financial and technical workflows into reputed company, low-friction user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping with government stakeholders
- reputed company wireframes, high-reputed company mockups, and interactive prototypes reputed company to secure DoW environments
- Partner with Full Stack Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Financial SMEs to ensure cohesive product delivery

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, UX, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web application design
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards, analytics platforms, or compliance systems
- Proficiency with design tools such as reputed company, reputed company XD, or similar
- Experience conducting user testing and applying reputed company-centered design methodologies
