[Remote] Functional Recruiter

The Functional Recruiter will support hiring across corporate functions and specialized roles, proactively identifying and delivering high-reputed company talent to support organizational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and engage talent across corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations) and specialized roles including BIM and BIM Design using tools such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, referrals, and reputed company networks
- Build and maintain pipelines reputed company to reputed company roles, skillsets, and reputed company hiring needs
- Execute reputed company strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Screen and assess candidates for experience, reputed company alignment, and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company on candidate reputed company, and support interview processes

Skills

- Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates

- Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on reputed company approaches
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
