The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company media, networking, and reputed company
- Review resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and virtual interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to reputed company
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company talent
- reputed company and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
- reputed company regular recruitment updates and reports to management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs
Skills
