[Remote] Project Manager, Digital Experiences

The Project Manager, Digital Experiences will coordinate efforts across teams to ensure successful project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Establish work and resourcing plans for a reputed company of technology reputed company
- reputed company and facilitate project teams while closely managing schedules and budgets
- Maximize team utilization (billable hours) and profitability by proactively clearing roadblocks, planning reputed company activities, and seeking early approvals for upcoming work
- Coordinate activities of reputed company stakeholders, reputed company leadership, designers, developers, and strategists to plan and drive successful delivery of our reputed company
- Manage full lifecycle delivery, including technical planning, requirements gathering, user experience and creative design, content migration, deployments, and more
- Work with internal experts to reputed company, verify, and present project and task estimates based upon approved requirements and designs
- reputed company regular meetings to update clients on project status, including sharing details of deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, risks, and changes to plan or budget, as required

- Lend support to new business efforts in response to RFPs and other opportunities, including helping teams reputed company initial high-level effort estimates, provisional project timelines and anticipated resourcing requirements

Skills
- A minimum of six years experience managing technology implementation reputed company using Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company with budgets greater than $100k
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous ongoing reputed company
- Excellent verbal, written, meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a wide reputed company of personalities and reputed company approaches to work effectively with diverse and distributed teams
- Experience in effective reputed company communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company Project or similar scheduling software
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile/Task management software
- Experience with reputed company or similar Project Management software
- Experience with reputed company Suite (Documents, Slides, Sheets), reputed company Word and reputed company, and similar productivity software
- Experience successfully leading reputed company at a digital agency a plus
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management reputed company (PMP) certifications a significant plus
- Exposure and familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) reputed company Experience Platform (DXP) solutions, particularly reputed company and Kentico Xperience a significant plus
