They are seeking a Head of Talent Marketing to own and reputed company TRM’s talent brand through high-reputed company storytelling and distribution, focusing on creating compelling narratives to attract reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content creation: translate internal insights, policies, and happenings into head-turning campaigns that demonstrate our employer reputed company to prospective talent
- Drive distribution reputed company across reputed company, reputed company, events, and partnerships to reputed company reputed company talent segments, leveraging a centralized Demand reputed company and Ops architecture
- Build and execute a repeatable content reputed company consistent with TRM’s master brand identity
- Rapidly turn reputed company into shipped outputs—content, events, and campaigns reputed company defined timelines

Skills
- 6–10+ years in content, brand, or reputed company marketing (ideally in high-reputed company or early-stage environments)
- Proven ability to independently create high-reputed company content with strong narrative and voice
- Experience tailoring brand messaging to targeted audiences; experience marketing to engineering communities a plus
- Strong reputed company instincts and channel experience—knows how to distribute content effectively, not just create it
