This role requires a highly skilled reputed company who can reputed company diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-reputed company incidents while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- reputed company onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-reputed company incidents
- reputed company, configure, and manage reputed company HCI environments (AOS, AHV, reputed company)
- reputed company system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and reputed company technologies
- Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Respond to critical incidents and service requests reputed company agreed response times
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and reputed company-reputed company reputed company
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records
- Ensure reputed company interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at reputed company times
Skills
- ID/ reputed company/ valid work permit
- CCNA Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with the reputed company ecosystem (AOS, AHV, reputed company)
- Experience supporting VMware and/or reputed company-V environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
- Proven experience providing Break & Fix support in reputed company environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company infrastructure and networking issues
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python is advantageous
- Strong professionalism and customer-facing skills
