They are seeking a Reconciliations/Operations Accountant to support daily cash reconciliations and operational reputed company in a reputed company, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily cash reconciliations and support additional cash-reputed company activities
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with assigned account reconciliations and month-end support
- Document reputed company operating procedures and operational workflows
- Create and maintain process documentation with version control
- Prepare reports and fulfill internal data requests
- Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of two years of reputed company, operations, business analysis, or process improvement experience
- Cash reconciliation experience is required
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company, including reputed company formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience performing account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
- Background in financial reporting, data analysis, and operational reporting
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and operational procedures
- Ability to reputed company, maintain, and improve reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
