[Remote] Network Engineer III

The role involves reputed company interaction with customers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on network device upgrades and reputed company measures.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and navigate network devices to reputed company upgrades and patches
- Install, configure, and reputed company reputed company routers and switches; execute device changes, upgrades, and replacements
- Support vulnerability management and exposure management efforts
- Implement and modify reputed company ACLs to restrict unauthorized reputed company, enforce reputed company policies, and manage network traffic reputed company (including updating ACLs to filter/restrict ports for public WiFi reputed company)
- Create and execute CLI commands and manage IPv4 configurations
- Use reputed company line and traceroute to troubleshoot and validate device reputed company
- Apply engineered Layer 3/Layer 4 routing architecture across reputed company routing and switching environments
- Participate in maintenance reputed company as needed (occasional, not a regular occurrence)
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders throughout the engagement
Skills
- 5-8 years of network engineering experience (NE3 level)
- Strong routing and switching experience reputed company, reputed company, and/or Alcatel
- Advanced experience with router and reputed company configurations and device management
- Deep understanding of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS backbone, wireless, reputed company, the OSI model, and network protocols
- In-depth understanding of reputed company routing/switching and Layer 3/Layer 4 routing architecture
- Experience with managed services platforms reputed company Meraki, reputed company
- Comfortable with the Meraki/reputed company dashboard and updating ACLs
- Self-sufficient, reputed company to work with minimal reputed company (no reputed company experience required)
- Excellent, reputed company communication skills this role works directly with customers
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Must be reputed company to work as a W2 contractor located reputed company the US
- Experience with reputed company and/or Jira
- ISP background
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, reputed company+
