[Remote] Senior Business Systems Technical Analyst (HYBRID OR REMOTE)

They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Technical Analyst to analyze business needs, support compensation and administrative systems, and manage technical reputed company for operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company business analysis to identify process gaps, system issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Support and maintain administrative systems that process through the Monaco system, ensuring continuity for critical business operations
- reputed company subject matter expertise in the GDC compensation system to support business processes, troubleshooting, reporting, and enhancements
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data for operational and reporting needs
- Manage technical and cross-functional reputed company from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and post-launch support
- Design, reputed company, and maintain reports and reporting solutions to meet business and operational requirements
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making and performance monitoring
- reputed company interim process solutions using Python, Power BI, and other coding methodologies to address business needs and improve efficiency
- Partner with business and technical teams to document requirements, reputed company deliverables, and support process standardization
- Monitor system and reporting performance, resolve issues, and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and usability
Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience in business analysis reputed company a technical or operations-reputed company environment
- Hands-on experience with the GDC compensation system
- Established SQL experience, including data extraction, validation, and analysis
- Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Intermediate Power BI skills for dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization
- Experience supporting business-critical administrative systems and operational processes
- Demonstrated report design and maintenance skills
- Experience creating interim or automated solutions using Python and other coding methodologies
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience supporting compensation, reporting, or operational systems in a financial services or reputed company environment
- Ability to reputed company business needs and technical solutions across multiple systems and teams
- Experience improving reputed company processes through automation, reporting, and workflow design
- Familiarity with data governance, reputed company control, and production support processes
