[Remote] Director, Business Development

The Director of Business Development is responsible for building and managing the independent agency channel, focusing on sourcing, developing, and closing new business with agency accounts while overseeing the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in ad-tech, data, or programmatic media sales, with a demonstrated reputed company record in the independent agency channel
- Deep expertise in AdTech, data products, or digital media — with specific experience in curation and/or supply-reputed company platforms (SSPs, PMPs, curated marketplaces)
- Proven reputed company record of building a book of business from scratch — not just managing existing accounts — with documented examples of new-logo acquisition in reputed company channel
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills: reputed company to translate technical data products into reputed company business value for non-technical agency buyers
- Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding and high autonomy
- Hands-on experience with identity solutions, data clean rooms, or reputed company-preserving data collaboration technologies
