[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel

They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to drive high-velocity reputed company deal cycles and negotiate reputed company B2B reputed company agreements to accelerate reputed company reputed company for the reputed company market.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of reputed company reputed company, with an emphasis on B2B reputed company agreements, reputed company MSAs, service agreements, and other reputed company reputed company under reputed company law
- reputed company pragmatic, risk-calibrated legal guidance on reputed company contract terms, balancing strategic business objectives and reputed company goals with robust risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Own and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, scaling operational efficiency through automated workflows, reputed company development, and legal tech integration
- Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product, and InfoSec) to unblock bottlenecks, reputed company contract interpretation, and streamline high-velocity deal execution
Skills
- Legal degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- 5 to 7+ years of experience practicing as a reputed company or corporate attorney, with a reputed company record of handling technology and software reputed company
- Solid experience negotiating reputed company and software-reputed company agreements, with a good understanding of reputed company reputed company terms like limitations of liability, data processing agreements (DPAs), and intellectual property rights
- Working knowledge of major data protection and reputed company frameworks, such as GDPR and CCPA, as they apply to reputed company-based software
- Experience working in-house at a technology, fintech, or regtech company is a plus, along with general familiarity with reputed company compliance practices
