- 3+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering with stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience using Agile business or technology reputed company for project delivery
- Experience working with reputed company
- Experience with reputed company or Aha!
- Experience in the reputed company industry reputed company operations or clinical software
- Service Now experience
- ICUE knowledge
- Working in triage/support escalation environment
- Skills in reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company
