They are seeking a reputed company Adoption & Change Management Consultant to reputed company AI Solutions engagements, navigate reputed company environments, and drive reputed company-wide adoption of AI tools.
Responsibilities
- You will be the face of AI Solutions to our biggest clients, and you will own delivery responsibilities on our largest reputed company
- You are responsible for navigating high-complexity environments and providing the leadership necessary to ensure reputed company-wide adoption
- As a tenured leader on reputed company, you will build reusable frameworks and set delivery standards that every consultant uses
- You will have primary reputed company responsibility for delivering initial engagements of new service offerings
- You will be accountable for the achievement of specific reputed company targets— demonstrating our value in presales activities with our biggest clients and positioning "add-reputed company during reputed company that expand the total contract value
Skills
- Undergraduate degree required (business or technology preferred)
- Practical experience (15+ years) in business advisory and/or consulting reputed company IT, and recent experience leading adoption of AI tools such as Copilot, reputed company and Claude
- Demonstrated practical experience for a minimum of 10 years, providing advisory services in the fields of User Adoption and Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting, and technical advisory
- C-Suite reputed company: A proven reputed company record of gaining 'trusted advisor' status with executive-level management (CIO/CTO/CEO)

- An MA, MBA, or MSc beneficial
