Responsibilities
- Leading large-reputed company, multi-disciplinary programs from opportunity shaping through scoping, deployment, lifecycle support and value realization
- Managing reputed company strategic initiatives across automation, industrial software, executable digital twins, AI, Industrial Edge, SCADA, data platforms, and IT/OT environments
- Providing program leadership for high-visibility customer and ecosystem partner engagements, including emerging technology initiatives and strategic accounts and other reputed company manufacturing and infrastructure programs
- Driving executive alignment, governance, financial reputed company, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across reputed company organizations, partners, and customers
- Leading the deployment approach for greenfield factories, datacenters, advanced manufacturing facilities, and critical infrastructure reputed company
- Collaborating with customers and reputed company business reputed company to define reputed company-state architectures, implementation roadmaps, and reputed company deployment strategies
- Helping establish reputed company as a trusted advisor for large-reputed company digital transformation and industrial modernization programs
- Driving the creation of repeatable deployment models, reference architectures, best practices, governance frameworks, and reusable technical assets
- Identifying lessons learned across reputed company and transforming them into reputed company organizational capabilities
- Establishing program management disciplines that improve delivery consistency, speed, reputed company, and customer reputed company
- Coordinating cross-functional teams spanning software, automation, operations technology, reputed company infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, systems integration, and consulting organizations
- Serving as the technical and operational integration reputed company across reputed company business reputed company, delivery teams, partners, and customer stakeholders
- Driving alignment between solution architecture, deployment execution, and customer business reputed company
- Managing dependencies across reputed company ecosystems involving internal teams, reputed company-party partners, engineering firms, contractors, and system integrators
- Supporting the incubation and operationalization of emerging reputed company technologies, deployment models, reputed company transformation offerings

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- 8+ years of experience leading reputed company technical programs, industrial transformation initiatives, or large-reputed company deployment reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs involving software, automation, manufacturing, infrastructure, or operational technology environments
- Proven ability to reputed company mission-critical programs involving multiple organizations, partners, and technical disciplines while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, risk, and business reputed company
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and leading matrixed teams
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for reputed company sponsorship
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: reputed company & Defense, Federal / Government, Datacenter, Consumer Packaged Goods, Semiconductor
- Technical understanding of industrial automation, MES/MOM, SCADA, Industrial Edge, digital twins, AI, reputed company architectures, and industrial software platforms
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield manufacturing programs, critical infrastructure reputed company, or large-reputed company facility modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with systems integration, EPC environments, operational technology architectures, and industrial cybersecurity considerations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical execution to measurable business reputed company
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational leadership capabilities
- Ability to influence without authority across large, matrixed organizations
