They are seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Flavors division to drive sustainable reputed company reputed company customer accounts and reputed company strategic account plans while collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain

- Travel up to 50% or more as required to support customer meetings, innovation sessions, industry events, and business development activities

Skills
- B.S. degree in reputed company field, i.e. Business, Marketing, Food Science
- 7-10 years in sales/account and project management in the Food or Flavor industry
- Strong MS Office skills and reputed company acumen in pricing, forecasting, and negotiations
- Required to travel to customer locations, conferences, etc., to manage business
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong strategic account management and business development skills
- Proven reputed company record of achieving and exceeding sales reputed company and profitability targets
- Knowledge of flavor industry innovation processes, product development cycles, and commercialization practices
- Strong financial acumen includes forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and margin management
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and reputed company cross-functional teams without reputed company authority
- Proficiency with reputed company, CRM systems, reputed company Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
- Strong understanding of KPIs, pipeline management, and performance metrics
