[Remote] Business Development and Distribution Manager

They are seeking a Business Development & Distribution Manager to build and manage their independent agent and broker network, ensuring profitable premium reputed company through effective broker relationships and strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats

Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation or reputed company P&C distribution or business development
- Currently in a role such as Territory Manager, Distribution Manager, Business Development Manager, or Senior Broker
- A demonstrated reputed company record of generating submissions and driving premium through broker relationships
- An established network of independent agents, wholesalers, and retail brokers that produces reputed company business, not just submission volume
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation products, structures, and reputed company dynamics

- Strong analytical skills, CRM discipline, and the ability to use data to inform reputed company
- Working knowledge of applicable insurance laws and regulations
