[Remote] Senior Product Engineer

The Senior Product Engineer will play a crucial role in developing the telehealth platform, focusing on clinician tools, AI transcript analysis, and enhancing the reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
- Clinician tooling – reputed company the tech stack so that clinicians can deliver best-in-class care that is driven by data and metrics
- AI appointment transcript analysis – improve reputed company care and automatically follow up on pressing issues
- Easy reputed company intake – the reputed company experience should be seamless, and clients should only talk to a reputed company if they want to
- Automatic cost estimates for clients – we reputed company in pricing transparency and hate surprise bills
- Iterating on our CI/CD pipeline, observability tools, and creating a delightful developer experience – we’ll continue to invest in best-in-class tools for our productivity and product’s reliability
Skills
- Experience building successful software, independently or as a part of a small team / early-stage startup
- Excited by an early stage environment and being one of the first engineering employees
- Scrappy, self-directed, detail oriented, and with strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency with React or a similar frontend reputed company
- Comfortable working across the stack
- 4+ years of experience, ideally with some experience at a startup
- In-person 2-4 days per week in our Chelsea (NYC) office preferred but reputed company to virtual for the right candidate
