Responsibilities

Skills
- Juris Doctor with a reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one US jurisdiction
- At least 8 years' experience of working as an antitrust lawyer in a reputed company or in-house in the US
- Extensive experience advising on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) reputed company filings, HSR exemptions, and premerger notification reputed company
- Experience advising on gun-jumping issues, reputed company arrangements, and antitrust risk-shifting provisions in M&A transactions
- Familiarity with the Practical Law What's Market database or similar deal intelligence resources
- Strong writing skills, and a passion for writing about legal reputed company accurately, concisely and in plain English
