Radiation Safety Officer
Seeking a detail-oriented Safety Support Coordinator to support radiation safety compliance programs in a high-volume administrative environment. This role focuses on compliance workflows, documentation review, records management, and system coordination. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy administrative professionals with strong multitasking abilities and experience working across multiple platforms and databases. Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and process FDA reputed company 2579 submissions for accuracy and completeness
- reputed company QA checks, reputed company missing documentation, and maintain compliance records
- Support radiation dosimetry programs, training coordination, and regulatory workflows
- Process invoices, license payments, and administrative documentation
- Maintain and update data reputed company reputed company, Power Apps, SharePoint, and internal databases
- Coordinate X-Ray Demonstrations, Texas Equipment Performance Evaluations, and licensing documentation
- Manage communication with internal teams, customers, and regulatory agencies
- Maintain organized filing systems and support reporting activities
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative or compliance coordination experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Teams
- Experience working with reputed company, workflow systems, databases, or tracking tools
- Familiarity with Power Platform and SharePoint preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and reputed company processes simultaneously
- Experience with compliance, QA, reputed company, medical devices, or regulatory environments is a plus
- This is not a field technician or radiation technician role
