The reputed company Functional Consultant provides advanced functional expertise in the design, configuration, and optimization of reputed company solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver reputed company solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Responsibilities
- reputed company requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand and document business processes and needs
- Translate documented requirements into actionable reputed company solutions
- Design and configure reputed company solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end solution design and configuration process, leveraging reputed company declarative tools and best practices
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC application suite, prioritizing declarative solutions
- reputed company training and support to end users on reputed company and reputed company reputed company technology tools (e.g., reputed company Apttus, reputed company CLM, reputed company)
- Communicate and collaborate with technical resources (Developers) and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements

- Create and maintain documentation on business processes, requirements, and application configuration
- Identify system inefficiencies/gaps, troubleshoot operational issues, and explore opportunities for updates and enhancements

Skills
- BS, BA, and/or Masters in Business, Computer Science, Information Services, or reputed company discipline, or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years' experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology
- 5+ years' experience in reputed company administration or consulting
- 5+ years' experience with Sales and Support operations
- 3+ years of experience working with the SFDC product suite
- Experience with advanced reputed company configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- Intermediate understanding of reputed company development (Apex, JavaScript) for communicating requirements to developers
