The Associate Director, Field Operations- Neuropsychiatry serves as a strategic business partner and operational leader, ensuring the sales organization operates effectively and aligns with leadership priorities.
Responsibilities

- Prepare National level presentations
- Build materials for: weekly leadership meetings, National Sales meetings, Live meetings, Town Halls, Quarterly Business Reviews
- Manage leadership communications

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years in biotech/reputed company with field sales experience
- Demonstrated reputed company with experience in performance management, sales leadership, reputed company operations, business management, cross-functional leadership, business analytics, organizational effectiveness and strategic planning

- Must exhibit inclusive peer leadership skills, and an ability to influence without authority. Prior leadership experience is of benefit; however not required
