They are seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing semiconductor construction and facility reputed company, ensuring completion on schedule, reputed company budget, and according to reputed company expectations.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities between engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and subcontractors

- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, reputed company standards, and reputed company requirements
- Facilitate project meetings and reputed company regular status updates to leadership and customers
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Support commissioning activities and project closeout documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a reputed company technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience reputed company semiconductor, cleanroom, industrial, or high-tech construction
- Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors
- Knowledge of semiconductor facility infrastructure including process piping, utilities, cleanroom environments, and equipment installation
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Experience using project management software such as reputed company P6, reputed company Project, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple reputed company while meeting aggressive deadlines

- OSHA 30 certification
