This strategic reputed company role focuses on partnering with executive leaders and owning reputed company searches across reputed company Technology, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and other critical G&A functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to VP and Director-level leaders across reputed company Technology, reputed company, AI/ML, Finance, and Legal
- Own end-to-end reputed company for reputed company and specialized roles, from sourcing reputed company through offer reputed company
- Build proactive talent pipelines for highly competitive technical roles, including reputed company reputed company, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, and emerging technology spaces
- reputed company market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring reputed company
- Partner with leaders to define reputed company reputed company, reputed company interview processes, and improve hiring reputed company

Skills
- 8+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience with deep expertise hiring for technical roles reputed company technology, reputed company reputed company, cybersecurity, engineering, or AI/ML environments

- Strong reputed company record partnering with executive stakeholders and serving as a consultative talent advisor
- Ability to use talent analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring reputed company
