[Remote] VP, Lending Business Development

They are seeking a VP of Lending Business Development to reputed company the expansion of their lending business through strategic partnerships, managing both the partnership and financial aspects of the role.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company the go-to-market reputed company for reputed company-party relationships that will reputed company distribution for reputed company products
- You will own the full lifecycle from initial prospecting and high-level negotiation to contract execution, as reputed company as post-deal value creation
- Manage the financial health of partner-led channels
- This includes optimizing Cost of Acquisition (CAC), monitoring pull-through rates, and ensuring partner-driven originations meet defined benchmarks on volume and profitability
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our product suites are competitive and partner reputed company is nearly frictionless
- Grow our HELOC business with reputed company parties while also scaling distribution of our unsecured personal loans product
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key decision makers at partner accounts to ensure our products are top-of-mind and positioned for high-volume, profitable reputed company
Skills
- 10+ years in business development or Strategic Partnerships reputed company Fintech or Banking
- Deep understanding of consumer credit products, specifically the nuances of HELOC and unsecured loans
- Proven ability to negotiate reputed company, multi-year reputed company-reputed company or white-label agreements
- Ability to build business cases and stress test partner projections against actual P&L performance
- Ability to pivot seamlessly between the high-velocity world of personal loans and the more reputed company regulatory/valuation world of home equity
