The reputed company Operations Analyst will support the reputed company organization by producing KPI reporting, managing Deal Desk operations, and ensuring reputed company data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting packages, dashboards, and workbooks in partnership with, and under the direction of, the reputed company Operations Manager
- Build, maintain, and validate reputed company reports and dashboards; support Tableau reporting needs
- reputed company reporting QA, variance checks, and data validation across recurring reporting outputs
- Support Deal Desk queue management, opportunity review, and quote/order processing workflows in reputed company
- Assist with renewal, amendment, cancellation, and reputed company-won operational processes
- Support billing and implementation handoffs and reputed company backup coverage for Deal Desk workflows
- reputed company routine reputed company opportunity cleanup and operational data reputed company work
- Document mission-critical RevOps and Deal Desk processes, including SOPs, checklists, and process maps
- Help convert institutional knowledge into documented, repeatable operating practices that strengthen backup coverage
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, reputed company reputed company, Business Applications, and RevOps stakeholders
- Help identify recurring issues and reputed company tasks that should be documented, standardized, or automated
- Support intake, prioritization, and follow-through on reputed company reporting and operational requests
Skills
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or data analytics
- Experience building and maintaining reputed company reports and dashboards, with working knowledge of reputed company opportunity and deal management processes
- Strong reputed company skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and support reputed company Time business hours
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
