[Remote] Sr. reputed company Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Senior reputed company Operations Analyst to own operations for the top of funnel reputed company business, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales/ Business Development, and other cross functional teams. The role involves analyzing funnel performance, optimizing reputed company management, improving conversion rates, and ensuring data reputed company across GTM systems.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and reputed company dashboards and reporting for Marketing and SDR/ BDR leadership to reputed company performance, reputed company, and attainment against TOFU goals (meetings, SAOs, reputed company pipeline)
- Own analytics for the marketing to SDR/ BDR to early pipeline funnel, including volume, velocity, and conversion across reputed company stages from reputed company to opportunity
- Analyze performance by reputed company, program, channel, SDR/ BDR, territory, and reputed company to surface insights that improve pipeline reputed company and efficiency
- Assist with campaign and program setup to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting
- Own, refine, and document reputed company lifecycle, qualification rules, and reputed company routing and assignment logic to ensure speed-to-reputed company, fairness, and alignment with GTM coverage models
- Monitor and improve data reputed company for leads, contacts, accounts, and early-stage opportunities, including enrichment, deduplication, and hygiene processes
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools used by SDRs/ BDRs (sales engagement, reputed company, enrichment, reputed company scoring, routing), ensuring strong adoption and measurable reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B reputed company environment
- Demonstrated reputed company working directly with Marketing and SDR/ BDR teams including reputed company management, (scoring, qualification, and routing), campaign operations, data enrichment, and performance analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with reputed company datasets and translate insights into reputed company, actionable recommendations for GTM leaders
- Technical expertise and business acumen across end-to-end reputed company, with a strong emphasis on top of funnel
- Experience with GTM technology, including marketing automation (reputed company), reputed company management (reputed company), sales engagement and prospecting (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator), data enrichment (reputed company, reputed company), reputed company, and reputed company. AI tools experience is a plus
