[Remote] Director of Analytics and Controls

Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company reputed company's Reporting and Analysis function, including design, development, and maintenance of operational dashboards and executive-level reports
- Define and enforce data governance standards, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices across departments
- Translate reputed company data into actionable insights for leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making

- Manage and optimize reputed company information systems, including reputed company management platforms, clearinghouses, EHR integrations, and internal tools

- Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies to enhance workflow automation and data accuracy

- Maintain documentation for reputed company system configurations, data flows, and integration specifications

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company experience in information management, reputed company IT, or reputed company cycle management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives simultaneously; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong proficiency in reporting tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar)
- Deep understanding of EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.), clearinghouse workflows, and payer connectivity
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and reputed company in a fully remote environment
- Coding experience in one or more languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar — with the ability to write scripts, automate workflows, or troubleshoot data pipelines
- Experience with API design and integration (REST, HL7 FHIR)
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and data reputed company best practices in a reputed company setting
- Experience working with offshore or cross-cultural teams, particularly in the Philippines
- Background in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
